What time do I need to place my order for same day DTF Transfers?

Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM local time (Eastern) to qualify for same day completion. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the following business day. We recommend placing urgent orders as early as possible for guaranteed same day pickup or delivery.

How fast will my DTF Transfer order be ready by?

Most DTF transfer orders placed before 11 AM are printed within 3–4 hours and are typically ready for pickup between 3–4 PM. Actual completion time may vary depending on order size and the current production queue.

Do you offer weekend same day DTF transfer service?

Currently, same day DTF transfers are available Monday through Friday. Weekend orders placed on Friday before 4 PM can be ready for Saturday pickup from 11am - 3pm on Saturdays. We're planning on expanding weekend services based on customer demand.

What happens if my same day DTF transfer order isn't ready on time?

If we are unable to complete your same-day order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you immediately with available options. In such cases, your order will receive priority processing on the next business day, and you will also receive a $15 store credit for the inconvenience.

What's the minimum order for same day DTF transfers?

There's no minimum order requirement. We can produce single same day DTF transfers or bulk quantities up to 500 pieces for same day completion, depending on design complexity.

Can you do complex designs for same day DTF transfers?

Yes, our same day service handles full-color, photo-realistic designs with gradients, multiple colors, and fine details. Complex artwork doesn't affect our ability to deliver same day DTF transfers.

What file formats do you accept for same day DTF transfer orders?

We accept PNG, PDF, AI, EPS. For same day orders, please ensure files are print-ready at 300 DPI minimum.

DTF Gang Sheet

The colors were vibrant but the problem i had whenever i press the dtf it leaves some sprinkles of dots around the artwork which ive never seen that before I'm not sure if it is traces of white that was stick to the gang sheets so we had to cut off the excessive paper from around the design to try and elimate the spots.
