• Parchment paper or Teflon sheet

👕 Step 1: Prep the Garment

• Pre-press garment for 5–10 seconds
• This removes moisture and wrinkles
• Make sure the surface is flat and lint-free

🌡️ Step 2: Heat Press Settings

• Temperature: 300–320°F (149–160°C)
• Pressure: Medium to firm
• Time: 8–12 seconds
