RE-PRINT POLICY

DTF REPRINT & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Effective Date: August 25, 2026

By placing an order with DTFRushOrders.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the customer (“Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to the following Reprint & Replacement Policy as a condition of purchase.

1. Reprint Charge

All approved reprints of DTF transfers are subject to a minimum reprint charge equal to thirty percent (30%) of the original order total attributable to the products being reprinted.

The Customer is responsible for this minimum 30% reprint charge regardless of the reason a reprint is requested or required, including, without limitation:

  • Printing, production, equipment, or manufacturing errors;

  • Errors or omissions attributable to the Company;

  • Customer-supplied artwork, sizing, color, resolution, formatting, or order errors;

  • Customer approval of incorrect artwork or specifications;

  • Improper storage, handling, application, pressing, or use of the transfers;

  • Shipping, carrier, delivery, loss, delay, or transit-related issues;

  • Damage occurring after the order leaves our facility;

  • Equipment failure, utility interruption, supply-chain interruption, or other production disruption;

  • Acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, hurricane, natural disaster, governmental action, or other events outside the Company's reasonable control; or

  • Any other circumstance resulting in the Customer requesting or requiring replacement production.

Under no circumstance does approval of a reprint automatically entitle the Customer to a free replacement.

2. Purpose of the Reprint Charge

The 30% reprint charge is intended to offset a portion of the actual costs associated with reproducing an order, including materials, film, ink, powder, labor, equipment usage, production time, quality-control procedures, packaging, administrative processing, and other expenses incurred in manufacturing replacement transfers.

The reprint charge is not intended as a penalty.

3. Company's Discretion to Approve Reprints

All reprint requests are subject to review and approval by the Company.

Customers must notify the Company of an alleged defect, shortage, damage, or production error within [5] business days of delivery. The Customer may be required to provide photographs, videos, order information, samples, packaging, shipping documentation, or other information reasonably necessary for the Company to investigate the claim.

The Customer must not use, cut, press, apply, distribute, sell, or otherwise alter allegedly defective transfers after discovering the claimed issue unless instructed otherwise by the Company. Continued use of the product after discovery of an alleged defect may result in denial of the reprint request.

Approval of a reprint does not constitute an admission of fault or liability by the Company.

4. Customer Artwork & Order Specifications

The Customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming all artwork, dimensions, quantities, colors, transparency, resolution, spelling, orientation, gang-sheet layout, and other specifications submitted with an order.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the Company is not responsible for errors contained within Customer-supplied or Customer-approved artwork.

DTF printing may also involve reasonable variations in color, positioning, dimensions, finish, and appearance due to differences in monitors, color profiles, printing equipment, substrates, manufacturing conditions, and other variables inherent to the printing process. Minor commercially acceptable variations do not constitute defects.

5. Application & Pressing

Unless the Company performs the actual application, the Customer assumes responsibility for properly storing, handling, pressing, peeling, and applying DTF transfers.

Pressing temperature, pressure, time, garment composition, coatings, moisture, equipment calibration, and other variables can affect application results.

The Company is not responsible for replacement garments, apparel, merchandise, labor, lost production, or other property damaged during application of a DTF transfer except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Shipping & Carrier Claims

Once an order has been transferred to a third-party carrier, delivery dates and transit conditions may be outside the Company's control.

Customers must promptly report packages that are damaged, lost, missing, or otherwise affected during transportation. The Customer agrees to reasonably cooperate with any carrier investigation or insurance claim.

Any reprint approved because of a shipping or carrier-related issue remains subject to the minimum 30% reprint charge unless the Company expressly waives the charge in writing.

Shipping charges associated with a reprint may be charged separately unless otherwise determined by the Company.

7. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, losses, or inability to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricanes, floods, fires, natural disasters, power failures, equipment failures, transportation disruptions, labor interruptions, governmental actions, supply shortages, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events.

If the Company agrees to reproduce an order affected by such an event, the reprint remains subject to this policy.

8. Limitation of Remedy

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THE COMPANY'S OBLIGATION WITH RESPECT TO AN APPROVED CLAIM FOR DEFECTIVE OR NONCONFORMING DTF TRANSFERS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPRINT OR REPLACEMENT REMEDY PROVIDED UNDER THIS POLICY, SUBJECT TO THE APPLICABLE REPRINT CHARGE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from a DTF order, including lost profits, lost sales, business interruption, production delays, missed events or deadlines, replacement garment costs, third-party charges, labor costs, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive, disclaim, or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, disclaimed, or limited under applicable law.

9. No Automatic Refund

Approval of a reprint does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund, credit, chargeback, or cancellation of the original order.

Where a reprint is the applicable remedy, the Customer must pay the required reprint charge before replacement production begins unless the Company expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

10. Company's Right to Waive or Reduce Charge

The Company may, in its sole discretion, waive or reduce the reprint charge as a customer-service accommodation.

Any waiver or reduction applies only to the specific transaction for which it is granted and does not modify this Policy or establish a precedent for any past or future order.

11. Acceptance of Policy

By submitting an order, completing checkout, approving an invoice, paying an invoice, or otherwise authorizing production after being provided access to this Policy, the Customer acknowledges that the Customer has read, understood, and agreed to this Reprint & Replacement Policy.

CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT APPROVED REPRINTS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM CHARGE OF 30% OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER VALUE ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE PRODUCTS BEING REPRINTED, INCLUDING WHEN THE REPRINT RESULTS FROM AN ERROR ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE COMPANY, SHIPPING OR CARRIER ISSUES, FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS, OR CUSTOMER ERROR.

IMPORTANT REPRINT NOTICE

ALL DTF REPRINTS REQUIRE A MINIMUM PAYMENT OF 30% OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER VALUE BEING REPRINTED.

This requirement applies regardless of whether the reprint results from:

Company Error • Customer Error • Shipping/Carrier Issues • Damage • Equipment Failure • Acts of God • Force Majeure • Other Approved Reprint Circumstances

Reprints will not enter production until the applicable reprint charge has been paid unless expressly waived by management.
