Prepare Your Certificate
Have a current, properly completed resale certificate or other applicable exemption documentation ready.
Email Our Orders Team
Send your certificate to Orders@dtfrushorders.com along with your business and account information.
Await Confirmation
Our team will review your documentation and confirm whether your account or order qualifies.
📋 What to Include in Your Email
To help us review your request efficiently, please include the following:
- Business Name — The legal name of your business.
- Resale Certificate — Attach a legible copy of your valid certificate.
- Account Email — The email address associated with your DTF Rush Orders customer account.
- Business Location — Your business state and billing address.
- Order Number — If your request relates to an existing order, include its number.
We recommend submitting your resale certificate before placing your order. Sending documentation does not automatically make an order tax-exempt.
Sales tax will continue to apply where required until your exemption has been reviewed, approved, and properly applied to eligible purchases.

- State Requirements: Tax-exempt eligibility may vary depending on the state and type of purchase.
- Qualifying Purchases: A resale certificate generally applies to eligible purchases for resale, not automatically to every business purchase.
- Updated Certificates: We may request additional information or updated documentation when needed.
- Existing Orders: Requests involving orders already placed will be reviewed individually. Tax adjustments or refunds are not guaranteed.
