๐ฅ DTF Hot Peel Transfer Instructions
๐งฐ What You Need
- Heat press (recommended over iron)
- DTF transfer (hot peel film)
- Garment (cotton, poly, blends, etc.)
- Parchment paper or Teflon sheet
๐ Step 1: Prep the Garment
- Pre-press garment for 5โ10 seconds
- This removes moisture and wrinkles
- Make sure the surface is flat and lint-free
๐ก๏ธ Step 2: Heat Press Settings
- Temperature: 300โ320ยฐF (149โ160ยฐC)
- Pressure: Medium to firm
- Time: 8โ12 seconds
๐ Tip: Start at 310ยฐF for 10 seconds as a baseline and adjust if needed

- Place transfer print side down
- Ensure alignment before pressing
- Avoid shifting once placed

- Apply firm, even pressure
- Do not move the press during pressing

- Peel immediately after opening the press
- Use a smooth, consistent motion
- Peel at a slight angle (not straight up)

- Lay it back down and repress for 5โ7 seconds

- Cover with parchment or Teflon
- Press again for 5โ10 seconds
- Improves durability
- Enhances wash resistance
- Gives a softer/matte finish
๐งผ Washing Instructions (for customers)
- Wait 24 hours before washing
- Wash inside out
- Cold water, mild detergent
- Low heat dry or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on design
